For 14 years, the chef and teacher traveled the country, discovering the best products in each region to make a stew truly dubbed Portuguese. In an informal setting with Mesa Ceramics, Chef Nuno Diniz shared with students, friends and guests his wisdom and vision of traditional Portuguese cuisine and the richness of its ingredients.
